The Stone Cutter

You're probably starting to see a pattern here - many of my most motivational things in life can somehow be traced back to my love of sports, teams, teamwork and coaching. But so many things that can be learned from team sports and applied to business or in our personal lives.

This wonderful passage hangs in the locker room of the San Antonio Spurs. The legendary coach Gregg Popovich hung it in there, and if you know anything about this team and their coach you know they put the work in! "Pop" as he is known was the best at building team and some of his wine dinners are legendary.
